Every dirty, driver’s seat falling apart, front passenger side door won’t open. The car smells horrible.

I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. I personally prepared and inspected the vehicle before the trip, and none of these concerns were reported during the rental, which would have allowed me to address them. After return, the only issue I could verify was the adhesive on the driver’s seat-back panel coming loose, which is being repaired. I was unable to verify the other concerns mentioned.
