I would have gave 5 stars if communication was better… he was late getting the car to the drop spot and when I called to ask he told me to use “common sense” because I was not there yet. I was not there because his directions said he would let me know the placement of the car I was taking an Lyft to get to the car and I didn’t know what to put in. I’m not from Miami so not familiar with the airport so was not sure how close things are.

Everything was great! The only thing was they were late having the car ready for us to pick up. But they were super nice and apologetic.
