This was my first time using Turo and possibly last time. Car arrived almost an hour later than scheduled, forcing my sick kid to unnecessarily wait around the airport. The car engine is quite weak and the car battery was corroded and died the next day, requiring the purchase of a jumper cable. Reached out regarding the weak/dead battery, but no help was offered. On the morning we left, the car was unable to drive through the couple inches of snow, requiring us to pay a snow plower to assist paving the driveway. I love Subarus, but I would not recommend taking this 2014 Subaru Forester anywhere near a mountain or snow. Overall just a negative experience and had to expend additional funds to make it out of there. The two car seats were not “new.” Owners were quick to respond to inquiries.

This rental was perfect. After my car got token to the mechanic I was able to get this one right on time it was brought to my home. Used it while my car was getting fixed.
