The host is very responsive and attentive! The car is really easy to drive. Unfortunately, we had to top off the oil at one point (there’s some in the trunk), and a fairly loud and unsettling noise started up toward the end of our trip, but the host took it straight to the repair shop.

Andres was a great host, very responsive and communicated well. The car was great and I didn’t have any issues! I would rent from Andres again.

The host was responsive and offered to replace the cracked windshield. However, the vehicle had multiple safety and mechanical issues, including a nonfunctional horn, engine misfiring and poor acceleration, worn brakes, a hood that didn’t seem properly secured, and an A/C that intermittently blew hot air.

Thank you for your feedback. The windshield chip occurred during your trip from road debris; I offered to repair it promptly, but the offer was declined. The vehicle you selected is a 2.5L non-turbo base model, so performance is more modest compared to sport models. Brake pads were at 7mm, within safe limits. I also offered an upgrade to my X5M for a higher-performance experience, but it was declined due to the premium cost.
Older car but obviously about taking care of and drove excellent. I would highly recommend this host again
