Unfortunately the car we got, which is a non-smoking vehicle, smelled really horribly of cigarettes. We let the host know who said we could swap out cars. We were only there for 2 nights with our toddler visiting grandparents and did not have the time to accommodate a car swap. We truly could not drive in the car without the windows down and even then, it was atrocious. I appreciate the fact the host tried swapping vehicles, which is why this even has 2 stars, but the condition of the car is simply unacceptable. The host said we must be sensitive to smell because his people didn’t note the smell. We’re not sensitive to smell, the car was just smoked in, very obviously more than just once. I don’t think we should have to take the time out of our very short trip to swap cars just because the car we booked was in an unhealthy condition.

Never had a smoking violation on guest's car, neither someone claim on this car about smelling which is a couple of months and bought brand new!
Guest contacted a day later after pick up. Even nobody smell smoking before and after trip, i offer to swap an exact same car. He wants to his hotel, but didn't responded back.
After trip ends 24 hours, he asked for a refund and threatened to give low rating.
I refuse to give partial refund not to encourage people to extortion other hosts.
