Marina was a great host. The car was clean upon delivery, she was very easy to work with, no unnecessary surprises. All in all, we would rent from her again and it was a great experience.

Safety should always be the top priority when renting a vehicle. A severely cracked windshield is a serious issue and should be addressed before listing. Especially when your renter sends you images and messages about the cracked windshield Day 1. At the very least acknowledge it. We had a very bad experience with a cracked windshield it grew and shattered while on the road very dangerous. When hosting an energy-only car, guests should be allowed to use their own charging accounts—many travelers plan and budget ahead. Be clear with all costs to avoid financial surprises.
Most importantly, don’t assume renters aren’t documenting the vehicle. We do take time-stamped photos that zoom in on details like tire condition. Claiming preexisting damages is unfair and not appreciated. Transparency, honesty, and safety are what create a good rental experience.

Great car. Very spacious with a smooth ride. This is the second Rivian I've rented, and they make well-designed vehicles. Picking up the R1S was easy enough despite not knowing the area, with clear instructions from the host. Marina kept me up-to-date on next steps and guided me all through the process, so thumbs up!
