Pretty disappointed with this rental- when we picked up the car, it was clear it had not been cleaned or checked after the previous renter. There was sand throughout the vehicle, garbage left in the cup holder, personal items left behind and the car also smelled like cigarette smoke. The previous renter had also apparently forgotten to leave the parking ticket in the vehicle, so we ended up stuck at the exit gate for about 20 minutes while trying to get assistance. During the less than 24 hours we had the vehicle, we killed nearly 10 small cockroach-looking bugs crawling around the front seat area.
Christopher was very responsive and apologetic, which I appreciated. However, it was pretty evident that the vehicle had not been inspected or cleaned between the previous drop-off and our pickup. Unfortunately, that left us with a very disappointing and dirty rental experience.

Had a great experience with Chris and his Bronco! Had some trouble locating the car at first but Christopher was prompt to answer my phone call and guide me to the car. The car was dirtier than expected but worked fine and was a great ride. Christopher was clear about expectations and was always available to answer questions/concerns. Will be booking with Christopher again on my next trip!
