5 stars. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean, and had no issues during my trip. Communication was good, and the overall rental process was smooth.
My only criticism is the airport parking reimbursement policy. The host clearly communicated that reimbursement only covered the first hour after the scheduled pickup time, so there were no surprises. However, I paid $16 in airport parking and was reimbursed $12. In my experience with Turo airport pickups, other hosts have always reimbursed the full parking amount, even when travel delays or baggage claim issues caused pickup to occur later than expected. Aside from that, everything else about the rental experience was positive.

This was a replacement for the car we actually rented. Host was wonderful and kind. Car felt like it had been wrecked at some point, it pulled one direction a bit, it was dinged up and there was food under the seat that wasn’t ours when we got in. So it hadn’t been cleaned. The trunk said “open” a lot and it was just a lot of phenagling to get it to close
