Car was great. However, had to pay for previous host’s/guest’s parking upon arrival so something to be aware of. Communication with the host was a bit spotty. Overall though, good car and pretty good trip.
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was delivered several hours before your trip for your convenience. As stated in the initial check-in message, guests may be required to pay the airport parking fee (typically around $20) upon pickup. This is part of Turo’s airport delivery process and is disclosed in advance. Regarding communication, we responded promptly to all of your questions throughout the trip. We’re glad you enjoyed the vehicle and appreciate your business.
