This was by far the easiest rental process ever. Excellent communication from the very beginning of the process to the end. Skipping the rental car line and dealing with an individual directly is huge for me and it was such an easy process. Thank you Shane for helping us out and renting us your vehicle. It was in excellent condition and very clean. We hope to rent from you in the future.
