Be careful they will try and find anything to charge extra. Also had me drive there almost didn’t give me the car. Had me standing in a torrential downpour waiting cuz they had 3 Tesla among multiple other vehicles and ask “which Tesla”, stood in the rain for 15 minutes. Make sure you take as many picture as possible and will charge you 1000x for electrical charge the charge at home. If it wasn’t for the sweet wife I would have gave 1 start. I hate giving these reviews for Turo is allowing this things to happen as well! Protect yourself’s

This is totally misleading and misinformation or mixed up with someone eles. Jeff rent for a day with 90 percent battery and return at 50 percent and I charged him $15 post trip recharging fees and he even pick up another car when he returned this car and rent for another day. If I saw this review earlier I might not rent it again. This is not nice what you did Jeff.
Mung was great! Bethel was amazing! I was able to pick up and drop off with ease. Mung helped me get started and was available when I had questions thank you for an amazing first experience using Turo! Thank you again Mung!!
