Does the car have a toll pass for express lanes and toll roads?
Car will come with a built-in toll pass that is accessible at toll roads, express lanes, and bridges. The toll tag is only a means of payment as the majority of tolls in the DFW area are electronic and cannot be paid in cash. This applies also to DFW Airport Tolls/Parking charges. This toll pass minimizes costs. We will ask for reimbursement once the toll(s) arrive in the toll account and are payable via the Turo app. It can take from 30-90 days to get the toll charges.
Do I need to return the car clean?
Yes, If there is any excessive cleaning needed such as animal hair, food stains, water stains, beach sand, or excessive mud in which we have to shampoo the seats or mats Turo will charge up to $150 cleaning fee. The car comes with a free car wash at any Caliber Car Wash Locations. (near location is at 3975 Grapevine Mills Pkwy, Grapevine, TX 76051) Monday-Saturday 7 AM–8 PM Sunday 7 AM–7 PM
