First time doing Turo. Communication was great but the cars checked engine light was on. They were over communicative about swapping out the car I originally booked with a different car because my original had a small windshield crack but they failed to mention my new car would have a check engine light. After messaging about it they took a bit to respond and said the car was fine. I had to call for help both times in order to get in and out of the remote lot. Car worked great for the few hours I needed it though.

The vehicle was beyond clean. No smells what so ever either. It ran great and AC was ice cold. The owner went above and beyond to make sure i got the best price. Quick to respond too which is rare with rentals. Im extremely happy with the entire experience. Thank you!
