The car was a little dirty, and this car doesn’t have much comfort and space, a recharge takes hours and to drive 4hr30min I spent $65 on recharge, for me it wasn’t worth renting.

I'm sorry that you found the car dirty. I can assure you the car is throughly washed and disinfected prior to every rental. I believe that we were hit with a dust storm prior to your rental which may have resulted in extra dust on the exterior. I apologize that recharging the car was more expensive than you expected. Recharging after driving 4.5 hours in a gas car would cost a similar price. Konas are considered compact cars therefore having small interiors with limited space. Thank you!
