This was my first TURO experience so I was unsure what to do for pick up and drop off. I would’ve like a little more clear instructions but this TURO idea is fantastic! The vehicle itself was “great” for what I needed. There was a smell of smoke that I did not like but I cannot say that wasn’t drivers prior to me v the owner. The vehicle is a base model but newer (I think 2025?) so the maps, CarPlay, etc are all up to date and the car drives great!
