Pickup spot was slightly confusing only because gps kept routing us to the back.
Communication and host were super responsive and helpful. They were very accommodating with everything.
The car is on the older end so had a few issues. The AC was not cold whatsoever even after venting the windows for a while. I had my mom in the back and she reported that she could barely feel the AC. We also had issues with the self driving system.

The A/C was tested and working before the trip, and airflow was reaching the rear, though it may not have felt strong enough. The paid driver-assistance features were also active and require proper setup and operation.
