The car got the job done and was easy enough to collect and drop off. However, when I picked the car up it smelt of weed, which was quite embarrassing as I was driving my aunt around. The car wasn’t as clean as I expected for a rental. Also, the owner was charging $120 to drop the car off to my location, which was only a 20 min drive away. That was unjustifiable. Either Turo need to make it clearer if there is an extra charge or the owner does. Coming to pick up the car and drop it off was a hassle and not worth paying that much to avoid.
