The engine light came on and the car wasn’t going over 40 miles an hour

The issue was reported near the end of the trip, and I responded immediately. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic the next day and repaired within one day. I strongly disagree with the 1-star ratings for cleanliness, accuracy, convenience, and communication. The car was clean, the listing was accurate, and communication was prompt. The guest had even booked this same vehicle again before later canceling.
