It went from “ok” to bad real quick. All I have to say is, if you want to have luxury cars and want to make money off of them, at least have the decency to have the car physically updated. Nice ride but definitely need maintenance!

I’m sorry the roadside assistance delays impacted your trip. The issue was a nail puncture that occurred during the rental, not a maintenance issue. Once notified, I immediately worked with Turo Support and roadside assistance for hours to help resolve the situation. Due to it being a Sunday, multiple service requests were canceled, causing delays outside my control. The vehicle is regularly maintained, and I chose not to seek reimbursement from the guest for the damaged tire.
