Everything about this trip was absolutely wonderful besides the car not being clean when I picked it up. The steering wheel was sticky and it was obvious the center console cup holders and such were not cleaned. That was my only issue though! The host was very responsive and helpful, and the car was wonderful. Easy to follow instructions! Would definitely rent again!

The car was great, exactly what we needed for our trip to Yosemite. Host communication was excellent with very smooth pickup and drop off at the airport ! Highly recommended

Car ran great. It was a simple check in and check out process. My only complaint was that I had to pay $20 to take the car out of the parking garage. This wasn’t communicated to me prior and didn’t like that I had to pay extra. Other rentals I have had with TURO the price included all fees, I didn’t have to pay anything additional.
