First off this was the most nd worst terrible planned pick up for me. First car was cancelled for fender bender then second one was canceled for major damages nd then finally the third reservation was a go but then Turo said they would give me a $92 dollar discount but still charged me the full price for the third rental reservation. Then secondly I never once made areangements to pick up at the airport nd I don’t take cash or my bank card with me nd I had to pay with my own money to get out of the airport which I never wanna do a rental thru the airport! Lastly I was concerned about my trip cause the check engine turned on after an hour of picking up my rental nd was concerned if I was still able to use the rental nd I called Amit nd he said yes it was safe nd that check engine light would turn off but never did turn off. I wasn’t satisfied with this rental experience.

Amit is an excellent host and I love the Honda Pilot! The vehicle did have a bit of a stall in acceleration but Amit was on it with his mechanic
