By far the worst experience I've had with turo.
Terrible communication with Amit. The car was changed on me last minute and no information on how to get into the car was sent.. I had to wait 30 minutes to get in contact with Amit in order to get the lockbox code for the car key.
The car was extremely dirty. The outside looked like it had not been washed. The inside was also not vacuumed and had trash left all over from the pervious renter. Huge stain or something in the trunk as well.
When turning on the car I had less than half a tank of gas, along with the tire pressure light on. I had to fill up the same tire SIX TIMES while I was on my vacation.
I would never recommend Amit. Horrible experience.
