Car interior was tidy, outside not so much. When we arrived to pick up the car it took 15 minutes to get the code for the lockbox. Not a long wait, yet calls and texts were not answered quickly while we waited. The biggest issue was the driver side brake light was out of service. We were not warned about the problem prior to taking the car. Spoke to Turo, they wanted us to not drive the car, and offered no further assistance to get another car in time to leave for the trip. Owner of car, when contacted, said he was aware of the brake light issue, yet still had the car for rent? I’m actually not sure I’ll ever use Turo again, our last rental had bald tires. The car advertised in pictures is not the year of the car being offered. Picture shows a brand new CRV, while the car offered is 5 years older. Overall I won’t us this host again.
