I'm splitting this into two parts because they tell very different stories.

**Vehicle interior condition: 3 stars**

The vehicle was delivered with heavy cologne and perfume odors deeply saturated into the seats and seat belts — enough to transfer onto my clothes and my passengers' clothing for the duration of the trip. A TPMS fault was present on the dashboard from pickup. The interior (while luxurious) was not ready to be seen or sat in by guests. The listing photos don't tell the full story of this vehicle's current condition. To give you a sense of how significant the interior situation was: I had the cabin from front to back meticulously detailed on my own dime — both for my own comfort during the remainder of the trip, and out of consideration for the next guest. That should tell you everything you need to know about what I was working with.

**Host accountability: 5 stars**

When I raised these concerns directly, Zoeb didn't deflect, didn't delay, and didn't make it adversarial. He took full ownership, acknowledged the gaps in his team's process, and worked with me cooperatively and immediately to make things right — going above and beyond what I would have expected. That kind of responsiveness and genuine accountability is becoming increasingly rare on this platform, from hosts and guests alike. Most simply don't care. Zoeb clearly does. Which is why I strongly recommend working with Zoeb, and why I’ll definitely work with him again myself.

**The 4-star overall** sits right in the middle of those two experiences. The vehicle let me down. The host did not. And I’d much rather work with hosts who take immediate accountability and solve problems as the guest brings them up, than hosts who want to evade responsibility and pretend they’ve already done everything right.

My reservation was great, Super clean Suburban, Great customer service, on time response. Easy pick up and drop off location .Definitely I will rent again.
