Amazing host! The entire experience from driving the car to his responsiveness was smooth! Definitely reliable.

The car itself is exactly what you would expect from a 2014 Audi Q7, except the handle to move the rear passenger seat forward was broken and the cargo area had dog hair.
The reason for only 3 stars is because the host advertised the car with a ski rack and the picture clearly showed the rack. However, upon picking up the car, the car didn't have a ski rack. When we asked the host to deliver the rack to us, he refused. We spent 2 hours on the phone with Turo trying to rectify the situation. Basically, the host misrepresented the car, and refused to fix his mistake. We needed the rack for our trip, so we acquiesced and said that we would go back to the host's house to get the rack installed. Only then did the host offer to deliver the rack to us by Uber. Then I had to install it myself.
Guest wanted to pick up the car earlier but didn’t want to pay the additional charges. While checking in he didn’t notice the missing sky racks but demanded that I deliver it to him to his house! He refused to wait to get it. Wasted everyone’s time and even didn’t want to cancel the booking , if he thought it was misrepresentation. On the whole an unpleasant ungrateful guest! The guest acted as if he is entitled forgetting that this is a peer to peer car sharing platform. I paid uber to deliver

Car is a little old and not maintained well. 15 minutes into the trip we got a low engine oil warning and a little while later a low coolant warning appeared. We stopped the car and resumed, however, the engine temperature reached H. We had to slowly drive the car to a gas station where we bought a coolant from our own money (no reimbursement later). Overall, the host is nice but the condition we received the car in is unacceptable.
