Wasn’t clean when I got it and it’s

It’s a good car—spacious—but it would have been better if they had cleaned the interior a bit before handing it over; it was excessively dirty, with dusty seats and even scraps of paper under the seats—I’m not sure if they were left over from a previous trip. I would recommend using the lockbox to deposit the keys so that you don't have to wait around to hand them over in person. As for the host, it is important to get clear information regarding your specific reservation details and the designated pickup/drop-off locations. Thank you.
