Communication day before picking up the car was great. Got very specific instructions and plenty of time before picking up the car. But the day we were dropping off the car no communication was passed along. We were not told where to park. I even reached out because our drop off time was gonna be earlier than anticipated and never heard back. Would not recommend because of that.
