John was an amazing host! He was incredibly hospitable and met us right at the airport curb—it truly felt like white-glove service. When our flight was delayed, he was very generous and flexible in allowing us to extend our rental time, and he did not charge us extra for the additional time. He stayed in touch throughout the entire experience and was always kind, responsive, and professional.
The car was excellent and drove every bit as well as the reviews say. We had a great experience from start to finish and would definitely rent from John again. Highly recommended!
