Car was clean but the airport signage sucks and I didnt know if I was in Parking lot B or row B so had no idea how to find the car. The directions on the app were not working a d it gor super frustrating. When I finally found the car, it was easy to get the key from the lockbox (locked on the car window) another thing I was wondering. If you are big or tall, the seat doesnt go back very far and it may not be the most comfortable car to drive. The directions from the app to take you back to the parking was easy from the app. It was my first time using Turo and I didnt know about taking all these pics of inside and outside to load when checking out thru the app. But the rest of the process was easy. Park, but lockbox back on window with key and then I took pics of where I parked the car. If you can find the car then the rest is easy.
