Vehicle was smoked in prior to getting with host not notifying me. The vehicle was clean inside and out though. It had scratches and some dents on the exterior of vehicle. The host was nice and accepting of canceling the vehicle for the next morning for the rest of reservation.
Turo told me one thing then did not honor what I was told last night. They refunded my cc but I have to wait 10 days for that refund. It was not a good experience at all.

The host had great communication, car the cleanest I have rented at VPS over 12 rentals in 5 years, and Daniel was thoughtful enough to have waters for my son and I when we arrived.
