The location was ok. The quality of the car wasn’t to our standards. When making a turn it made noise. When stopping and go it made noise from the rear end. It didn’t give us certainty if we wanted to drive further because of that issue. The host did respond quickly about the issue and told us action we could take.

After checking the Ford Explorer, the mechanic said that the slight noise in the car is due to the four-wheel drive. Thank you for the communication.
