Had an issue where the car battery was dead when I arrived. They were there within 10 minutes to fix it. I wasn’t comfortable using the vehicle given that I would be two hours away, so they placed me in a new vehicle right away. Excellent customer service! The replacement car was excellent with absolutely no issues.

Great Turo experience from start to finish. The car was very clean, well maintained, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The A/C worked great and kept the car nice and cool throughout the trip. Pickup and drop-off were simple and convenient, and the car drove great. I’d definitely rent this vehicle again.
