The car was clean. Pick up location was simple. No issues.

The Volkswagen tiguan is big enough for 4 people with luggages. Easy to drive and no issue driving the vehicle. Since it was our first trip to use turo, there was confusion on our part in getting to the car and checking out otherwise, all is well. We will use turo again on our next trip. We had no issue of communicating Juan and her partner.

Car was great. I was a little thrown off by the fact that I had to pay airport parking.

The hosts were great with communication but the previous driver dented the vehicle which caused the fender liner to come loose. I was in a nice neighborhood on my trip and this caused a bit of embarrassment. One of the hosts were able to meet me on the final day for a temporary fix, which unfortunately only lasted about 30 minutes. Other than that, the car is beautiful, very spacious with wonderful hosts!
