Igor was very helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning of the trip to the end. The only issue I had was with Turo itself, with the accuracy of pick-up/drop off locations. Igor and I had to figure out a location because Turo changed my pick-up/drop location from what was originally selected at the time of booking. Once it was time for my trip to start, Turo completely selected another location so I had to go back and switch locations which added additional fees.

The car was in pristine condition. Pickup location was very convenient and well marked. Host was communicative and was extremely gracious to have left water in an ice cooler, as it was a hot Florida day.
