The host was great, very prompt and gave detailed instructions for delivery and pick up. Car is new and in great shape. The reason it didn’t get 4 stars is , it wasn’t newly cleaned, had an oil substance and finger prints on the back and front seats, dirty napkins in the center console, finger prints on rear view mirror and had a smell like someone smoked in it.
