If I could give no stars I would. Once I opened the car door I immediately got a big inhale of smoke in my lungs. I’m not a smoker so it didn’t sit well with me at all. I had no other choice but to take the car because I had a mandatory meeting for work and when I contacted the host Shirley, she said nobody else complained of the smoke smell as if that was a justifiable reason that I shouldn’t complain. I had to literally ride with all four windows down the entire trip that’s how strong the smoke smell is with the car. Why rent a car knowing the smoke smell been in it since February 2026 and it’s now April 2026 that is
ridiculous. I suggest not booking this vehicle unless you don’t mind smoke. Very unhappy and unsatisfied guest.
I'm sorry the odor affected your trip. A previous guest violated the no-smoking policy and the car was treated promptly. I did offer an early no-penalty return when you reached out — I always want to make it right. The vehicle has since been fully retreated. Thank you for the feedback.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The car was exactly as described—very clean, well maintained, and drove perfectly. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and convenient, and the host was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Everything about the trip went seamlessly, which made the experience even better. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free Turo rental
