We had a couple of minor issues with the windshield wipers however they just out and we were having dinner they prepared while they fixed it we had issues with the backup camera however we dealt with it. It was no big deal. We know how to drive this is not 1999 but I have to tell you that the host was as gracious as possible. Made sure that because we lost time in the very beginning of our trip they offered a later check-in with the vehicle which really worked out because our cruise did not get in until late, however, I have to tell you I would rebook this car again just because of their sweet personality. They're ongoing customer service and willingness to make sure that everything was great for us so if any of you are looking to rent this vehicle please do look past the point of what I said, and let you know that these individual individuals really went out of their way to make us feel important and that's what cows building
