Wow!! 🤩 I had the most seamless experience - from pick up to drop off, everything was simple and efficient. The car was also spotless and made for a very pleasant drive. I would absolutely rent from JL again! 10/10

The car drove well and appeared to be clean. Pick up also went well. Halfway through our trip we noticed that there were roaches in the car. We also had some trouble with the key fob not reliably unlocking the vehicle.
