Car had a smoke smell which required me to spend money and time to try and deodorize. It was also difficult to accelerate. Outside of that, communication was easy. This car was even made available very last minute on a holiday weekend. They are also very timely with drop off and pick up.

Communication and flexibility was top notch and the car was decent, got us from point A to point B, reliably. Some maintenance issues with the cars, it rained and the driver side door doesn’t seal completely so some water would get into the car, the tires were also almost bald. Other than that we had no issues.
