Unfortunately, I can only give this rental 2 stars. Pickup instructions were clear enough, but once I got the car, I immediately noticed a strong cigarette smell, which was confusing considering the listing states that smoking is not allowed. The car also had sand inside and was not very clean.
More concerning, there were two cracks in the windshield, and the car had no windshield washer fluid, which I felt were safety issues.
The biggest problem, however, was the complete lack of communication from the host after pickup. When it was time to return the car, there was no available parking spot at the location provided. I messaged the host and received no response, then called about three times with no answer. Thankfully, the pass provided worked for the return, but I ultimately had to leave the car in front of the address without knowing whether that was actually where the host wanted it.
From the moment I picked up the car until the end of the rental, I never heard from the host again despite multiple attempts to communicate. Between the condition of the vehicle, the safety concerns, and the lack of communication, I unfortunately would not rent this vehicle again.

Nabil was AMAZING! I loved the vehicle no problems at all and it was extremely smooth to drive. The communication was top tier and they explained everything perfectly. I loved this car and will (hopefully) be using it again 10/10!
