Excellent experience from start to finish! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, reliable, and exactly as described. Pickup and return at FLL were incredibly easy, and the host provided clear, detailed instructions every step of the way. Communication was fantastic—they responded quickly, were very friendly, and were extremely accommodating when I needed to return the vehicle earlier than originally scheduled. The SunPass also made getting around Miami incredibly convenient. I would absolutely rent from Giraffas Ventures again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our trip so easy and stress-free!
