Customer service was great! Really helpful. Car was a little shaky when you hit 35mph. It did get us from point a-b. Very clean interior, just few minor scratches to exterior. Very great experience in all. Would highly recommend as long as the shaking is fixed. Instructions were very clear to follow and pick up and drop off was very close to all terminals. Just know that you will pay a $20 fee to take the car out of the parking lot, which we found out after reserving the rental.
