This trip was one of this worst experiences I’ve ever had when renting a car from someone - I had over 8 complaints - with no solutions to any of my issues- there were bugs all in the car coming out of the seats and all the host had to say about it was “I figured someone infested the car with something I just wasn’t completely sure” and “lol you’re exaggerating” - both host - especially carlos were very rude and horrible to me and my partner while recieved and having the car - I booked it for 3 days and barely got one night in it - I’d never book with them again - and I would advise anyone NOT TO get any cars from them a they’re not thorough with their cleaning - and they won’t help at all
