The car was perfect. Smelled wonderful. Surprisingly good on gas as well. The owner was great with communication and answered all concerns quickly.

canceled my reservation within 2 days of the rental when i had it booked for 7 days, was being very rude and unhelpful! I wasnt compensated for losing 5 days of the rental because he decided to take the car back for no reason!
You allowed someone to drive my vehicle who was NOT AUTHORIZED to drive the vehicle. That person got my car towed and caused me multiple citations. I was not going to release my vehicle back to an UNAUTHORIZED person once I picked up the vehicle. I was informed you were not even in the area to come pick up the vehicle. I was told you were 4 hours from Miami. You violated multiple Turo policies which are major liabilities for a host. You need to learn the Turo policies.

Needed a car to transport my family around for a few days and Alexander pulled through. He was very accommodating and accessible for questions. The check-in/check-out process couldn’t have been easier. The car was virtually brand new. It was in perfect shape, it was very clean, it had enough gas to get our trip started, and it drove so smooth.
