All of our vehicles are meticulously maintained and serviced to assure the best rental experience from pick up to drop off. We provide clients with a 24h customer service number to accommodate any last minute requests or issues that may happen during your booking with us! Our goal is to create a relationship with each and every client to be you’re first choice for your transpiration needs! PLEASE READ: We are located out of Miami, FL and happily serve Central Florida, and the Florida Keys! When booking outside of Miami (Key West, Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, Orlando) we require the "One way trip" Extra in order to cover additional fees to deliver our vehicles to and from different markets. Our team will personally drive the vehicle to your destination, and return back home via flight/bus/train, to later return to pick up the vehicle and bring it back home in Miami. The "One way trip" fee assist us with all these added expenditures. ONLY premium gas! We are located out of Miami, FL and happily serve South Florida, Central Florida, and the Florida Keys! When booking outside of Miami, we require the "One way trip" Extra to cover additional delivery fees 24 hours Service / 7 days a week When selecting your Delivery option, if your desired location is not listed please use the last option that states "Enter a Delivery Address or Location" and input the physical address (and not the name of the hotel, business, ect.) ------ SATISFACTION GUARANTEED ------ We do absolutely everything possible to provide our clients with a white glove, stress free car rental experience. (We will check) * NO BurnOuts, or Wreckless Driving *You may be subjected to airport paying parking fee when booking outside of Miami, FL. ------ RE-FUELING ------ Premium Gas Only Please :-) Don't have time to re-fuel the vehicle when you return it? No problem, I'll take care of it. It will be a $10 charge plus the fuel ------ JUST A FEW CONDITIONS ------ (1) Absolutely NO SMOKING (of anything), this includes marijuana. If the vehicles smells of any kind of smoke or marijuana, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated ($150+). (2) NO PETS ! Any pet hair found in vehicles may incur additional cleaning fees. (3) Turo App Required. For all of our bookings, we do require that you have access to the Turo app on a smartphone during your rental. This will be needed for communication as well as Trip Photos. (4) If you need any additional time during your rental please send us a message as there will be a full day charge for the added time surpassing 2 hours of reservation end time. You may also extend your rental prior to end time for a much better rate. (5) The vehicle will be fully cleaned upon delivery.
