It was a terrible rental. The ac does not work, and the car could use some maintenance. If I didn’t have important meetings that I had to be at I would’ve returned first day. Would not be renting this car again.

During the rental I remained available and responsive, and no concerns about the AC, brakes, or vehicle condition were mentioned, including while the trip was extended multiple times. I’d also like to clarify the vehicle recently received new brakes and rotors as part of regular maintenance. I appreciate your comments and will continue working to provide a great experience for all guests.

the only problem was the aux and it just gave alot of static on a everyday basis sometimes to the point it wouldnt even play the music we were playing.

The car was in good condition shape and the host was understandably when extending the car for more days. I will rent the vehicle again.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
