Easy pick up, convenienct location. Great car.
Hard drop off, a bit of a snafu with the Truro App. Poor signal/bandwidth, was unable to use app to check out.

All in all good experience. Only a couple of issues: The brake pads were making car vibrate in a slower/heavier traffic. Exterior of the car wasn’t shiny due to various scratches, chips, deeper cleaning to make it look properly as a higher end car.
It worked for the family. Spacious enough for 5 people and luggage. Air suspension definitely helped with Florida’s roads, concrete seams, pot holes, etc.
