The only good thing about your rental car place is that I was able to speak with Vitaly Kolesnykov and he helped me,
He was very courteous kind and understanding and quick on helping with my needs.
You need to get more people to work because a lot of people like to speak to a human being not text message and speak with the text message machine especially in Florida the older people are not very computer friendly and need to speak with the human being on the phone.
I Had a problem with the BMW X3 2024 SUV the brake light went off as i was driving on the highway from Key West
You need to maintenance your vehicles better
I did not feel very safe with the brake light going on.
For a fairly new vehicle it should not have that kind of a problem it's a simple thing like brakes.

The car smelled a bit like smoke, but other than that it was good!

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
