Positives: Car was clean, decent size and fine on gas mileage from what I could tell (I didn’t drive a lot). Location was convenient and with flight delays I was happy not to have someone stuck waiting on me so self-checkin was helpful. Instructions to find the car were clear and I had no issues with that. Some areas of improvement: regarding leaving vehicle in garage ($20 fee to exit not included in rental, and past due parking tickets associated with license plate caused me to be stuck at gate for half an hour waiting to talk to manager so I could exit the garage with the vehicle without paying $2200 at midnight-it was awkward and uncomfortable). Check engine light came on and host’s response indicated they were aware there was an ongoing issue (advised I could go buy fluids for it?), so would recommend having that checked out before next rental. Vehicle onboard navigation didn’t work (it appears to require a subscription service) and the carplay needed a software update to be compatible with the latest iPhone so zero hands free navigation. Overall it was just ok. Fixing the issues mentioned before the rental would have made it great.

Thank you for the review! The vehicle was delivered without any tire pressure or maintenance issues. Unfortunately, the tire was punctured during the trip, which can happen to anyone on the road and is not related to maintenance. This issue also was never reported to me during the trip. Because of that, I feel it’s unfair to lower the maintenance rating for it.
