Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this vehicle, especially for families. The car smelled strongly of smoke, which made the experience unpleasant and inappropriate for traveling with children. This is not a family-friendly vehicle in my experience. Or anything within the professional realm.
Additionally, the host’s communication felt extremely micromanaging and intrusive throughout the rental. I also experienced behavior and comments that I perceived as discriminatory, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
Overall, between the smoke odor, the lack of a family-friendly environment, and my interactions with the host, this was a very disappointing Turo experience. I would not recommend this vehicle or any other vehicle from this host.

Dana - unfortunately not all guests are as good as you, and sadly some smoke in our cars. We do our best to rid the smell of smoke from our cars, but it certainly seems we fell short here.
Regarding the messaging, as you know Turo is a community of hundreds of hosts across the country. We all operate a little differently. For us, we insure the guests have all of the pertinent information that they need to eliminate any questions or confusion.
